Manufacturer's Warrantee

Did you know that your carpet comes with a warrantee from the manufacturer? In order to keep your warrantee valid manufacturers recommend PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING by a certified company, at least every 12 months (certain areas may need cleaning more often if pets, children or smokers are present). AVOIDING REGULAR CLEANING MAY ACTUALLY CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR CARPET OR FLOOR AND VOID YOUR WARRANTEE! Dry soil that is invisible to the naked eye bonds to the flooring surface. This “invisible” soil is not removed by regular vacuuming or mopping and therefore cuts and slices the surface of your carpet, tile or marble little by little each day. Once this happens, IT IS SOMETIMES TOO LATE TO RESTORE!
